About Us
Jayson Q. Marasigan, Esq.
Jayson Q. Marasigan’s practice emphasizes in business litigation, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other business torts. Mr. Marasigan strives to achieve the best results for his clients, whatever the circumstances. Mr. Marasigan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from California State University Northridge, graduating magna cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2003. While at Loyola, Mr. Marasigan received distinguished marks. He made the Dean’s list during all three years of law school. He also received first honors awards in Construction Law and Insurance Litigation. Mr. Marasigan began practicing as an attorney after passing the Bar in 2003. Mr. Marasigan is licensed to practice before all California State Courts in addition to federal courts in California. Mr. Marasigan has been selected among the Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars edition in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Mr. Marasigan received this accolade in recognition of his being among the top attorneys who are 40 years old or younger. Only 2.5% of lawyers in the State of California are recognized by Super Lawyers ® – Rising Stars. Away from the office, Mr. Marasigan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing and playing ice hockey.
